1. Services Provided
Bee-Lingo offers:
• In-person (presenciais) and online classes in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
• Exam preparation (CELPE-Bras, IELTS, TOEFL)
• Customized corporate and individual training
• Cultural immersion and extracurricular activities

All services are delivered by qualified instructors according to the program chosen at enrollment.

2. Enrollment and Registration
• Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of registration fees (if applicable) and signing of these Terms.
• Students must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration.
• Bee-Lingo reserves the right to decline enrollment if requirements are not met.

3. Payments and Fees
• Tuition fees, registration fees, and material costs are communicated prior to enrollment.
• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule (monthly, quarterly, or full upfront).
• Late payments may result in suspension of access to classes until payment is settled.
• All fees are non-refundable, except as required by Brazilian consumer law.

4. Class Attendance and Participation
• Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.
• For online classes, a stable internet connection and appropriate device are the student’s responsibility.
• Bee-Lingo is not responsible for absences due to personal reasons, technical issues, or force majeure events.

5. Class Rescheduling and Cancellations
• Group classes follow a fixed schedule and cannot be rescheduled individually.
• Private classes may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the class will be considered taken.
• Bee-Lingo reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes in exceptional circumstances (e.g., instructor illness). In such cases, students will be offered a replacement class or credit.

6. Student Conduct
• Respectful behavior is expected in all classes, activities, and online platforms.
• Disruptive or offensive behavior may result in suspension or permanent removal from the program, without refund.
• Students may not record or distribute class content without prior written permission.

7. Intellectual Property
• All teaching materials, lesson content, and resources provided by Bee-Lingo are protected by copyright.
• Students receive a personal, non-transferable license to use course materials for study purposes only.
• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Bee-Lingo content is strictly prohibited.

8. Certificates and Exams
• Certificates of completion are issued only to students who meet attendance and performance requirements.
• Success in external exams (CELPE-Bras, IELTS, TOEFL) depends on individual performance. Bee-Lingo does not guarantee exam results.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
Bee-Lingo processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados – Law No. 13.709/2018).

By enrolling, students consent to the collection and use of their data for educational and administrative purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability
• Bee-Lingo is not liable for indirect losses (e.g., missed opportunities, exam outcomes, or travel expenses).
• For in-person classes, students are responsible for their own belongings on school premises.
• Bee-Lingo is not responsible for interruptions in online classes due to external internet or power failures.

11. Termination of Services
• Students may cancel enrollment by written request, subject to applicable fees and notice periods.
• Bee-Lingo may terminate services if a student violates these Terms, engages in misconduct, or fails to pay tuition.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná.
